We perform & contract every phase of your project to include initial clearing, mass grading, installation of site utilities, curb & gutter, & final paving.

LeClay Construction has been a licensed Utility Contractor in the State of Georgia for over 20 years. We are equipped to install most any utility need you may have. We specialize in the installation of water main, storm drainage systems, and gravity & force main sanitary sewer, & the construction of lift stations.
